HYECoin is a consensus community in the global Armenian ecosystem.

HYECoin, Inc. is a force-multiplier in the crypto marketplace with products for the Armenian Diaspora and others focused on generating revenue transactions with participating companies who agree to settle accounts with customers, vendors, suppliers, and service providers using the HYEDram stablecoin.

HYEDram is a cryptocurrency stablecoin that allows members of the Armenian Diaspora to unify their efforts in support of Armenia and Artsakh.

The HYEDram financial structure is backed by the Dram, Armenia's official state-issued fiat currency. This affiliation will determine the value of the HYEDram stablecoin. By pegging the HYEDram to Armenia's official state currency in this manner, HYECoin, Inc. has chosen the fastest way to market without sacrificing stability, accountability or financial liquidity. It also provides the nearly 10 million Armenians in diaspora with a community-driven coin that empowers participating members to adopt blockchain enabled decentralized finance (DeFI) as a macroeconomic means to preserve Armenia and Artsakh through economic growth and prosperity.

There are three main objectives of the HYECoin community:

1. Invite the Armenian diaspora to create a critical mass of market cap valuation in HYEDram stablecoins equal to or greater than $26 Billion USD or two times the present total value of the Armenian gross domestic product [$13 Billion USD (Armenian GDP 2021)].
2. Harness the collective will of all Armenian HYEDram holders as a voting community, through the transparent distribution and managed release of their profits.(NOTE: Only ethnic-Armenian coin holders are eligible to vote.) By allocating a fixed percentage of all HYECoin, Inc. profits (15%) generated by HYEDram (per annum), the HYECoin community will underwrite the costs of supporting, reforming and preserving the Republic of Armenia (majority rules: one vote per HYEDram wallet regardless of position size).
3. Eventually to replace the Armenian Dram fiat currency with HYEDram as the official state currency.

The Purpose of HYECoin, Inc. is to increase Armenian GDP systematically by maximizing Spyurk participation in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency that provides financial and accounting security to all major sectors of the Armenian economy.

Joining the HYECoin community and using its products will allow the Spyurk to reset the Armenian economy for the 21st Century by achieving important civic and market-based objectives while allowing its investors to make money too. Specifically, joining HYECoin will provide the Armenian Diaspora with power to finance the future security of Armenia by offering (1) Free education to all Armenian students in Armenia, (2) a 401K retirement program to benefit all working citizens of Armenia, and (3) a means to perpetually fund organizations, agencies and economic sectors that are essential to Armenia’s long-term viability—namely: military and defense industry development, education, healthcare, insurance, banking, transportation and the efficient functioning of an administrative state free of corruption.

HYEDram stable coins can be used to make product purchases, to pay fees for service, to trade with on cryptocurrency exchanges, and to transfer funds to family and friends around the world at a relatively low, minimal transaction cost.

Yes, HYECoin members will have multiple wallets:

1. Wallet One (STANDARD): This is the primary carrier for storing all HYEDram that is purchased.
2. Wallet Two: (ONLY FOR ARMENIANS) All Armenian HYEDram holders must confirm their cultural identity. Once verified, each (individual) Armenian wallet holder will have a voting right to decide how the HYECoin Community will fund economic development and security projects in Armenia.
3. Wallet Three (PRIME): This proprietary Privacy Wallet enables HYEDram users to make direct, anonymous and secure payments to other HYEDram users (whereby maintaining the privacy of their transaction origins and amounts).
